Principal Investigator
Dr. Damir Pulatov is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the University of North Carolina Wilmigton. He earned his PhD in Computer Science at the University of Wyoming. His research centers on automated machine learning, meta-algorithmic methods, interdisciplinary data science and applied machine learning.
Graduate Students
A Computer Science graduate student with a focus on Security and a proven track record in both offensive and defensive development. I have developed code obfuscation techniques to resist reverse engineering, and I combine modern web frameworks with a strong understanding of low-level memory manipulation and system vulnerabilities. My work is driven by a passion for code resilience, secure authentication, and creating seamless user experiences across all devices.
Undergraduate Students
My name is Andrew Rose, and I am a Computer Science student at UNCW currently working on a Data Harmonization research project. Our research focuses on using computational methods to organize and harmonize large, complex datasets. I am passionate about building, creating, and taking on new challenges, especially when they allow me to learn new technologies and solve interesting problems. Outside of research, I enjoy hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends.
I am an international student and a senior at University of North Carolina Wilmington doing BS in Computer Science in the Artificial Intelligence concentration with a double minor in Data Science and Cybersecurity. I’m passionate about emerging technologies and AI and ML systems, with a professional interest in software engineering, data-driven solutions, and developing innovative technologies that address real-world challenges.
CS student at UNC Wilmington concentrating in cybersecurity, with hands-on experience in low-level programming, reverse engineering, and systems development. I’ve spent the last few years in development work. Building Python tooling, and working alongside senior developers on optimization and QA. That foundation gave me a strong intuition for how software behaves at a low level.
Hello, my name is Ryan a full time student at UNCW and a Marine veteran. I’m currently on my last semester studying computer science with a concentration in artificial intelligence. I enjoy BJJ, being outdoors, anime, and traveling. After graduating I’ll be join Amazon as a Software Developer Engineer and continue to increase my rental property portfolio.
